INCREASE YOUR PROFITABILITY BY STREAMLINING ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSES
Customer data is managed with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The system supports sales management, delivers actionable insights, integrates with social media and enables seamless team communication. Cloud-based CRM systems offer complete mobility and access to an ecosystem of custom apps.
A properly implemented CRM system can keep up to date with customer contact details, track every customer interaction and manage customer accounts. It is designed to help businesses improve customer relationships and also Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). For the most part a CRM is fundamental in managing large amounts of customer data that is generated on a daily basis.
Consequently a CRM system aims to turn customer data into useful, actionable insight for better business decision making. Therefore helping everyone within a business to easily update records and access current information. If the system is cloud-based, this information is accessed anywhere via any connected device.
WHY A CRM SYSTEM?
CRM solutions can increase your profitability by streamlining administrative processes. Specifically, in sales, marketing, and service divisions. Allowing you to focus on building and maintaining the customer relationships that matter. A strong CRM solution is a multi-faceted platform where everything crucial to developing, improving, and retaining your customer relationships is stored. If you do not have an integrated CRM solution, you may be missing out on growth opportunities. In effect losing revenue because you’re not optimizing your operating processes or making the most of your customer relationships or sales leads.

A Content Management System (CMS) is a software application or set of related programs that is used to create and manage digital content. This is used for enterprise content management (ECM) and web content management (WCM). An ECM facilitates collaboration in the workplace by integrating document management, digital asset management and records retention functionalities, and providing end users with role-based access to the organization’s digital assets. A WCM facilitates collaborative authoring for websites. ECM software often includes a WCM publishing functionality, but ECM webpages typically remain behind the organization’s firewall.
Both enterprise content management and web content management systems have two components: a Content Management Application (CMA) and a Content Delivery Application (CDA). The CMA is a graphical user interface (GUI) that allows the user to control the creation, modification and removal of content from a website. The CDA component provides the back-end services that support management and delivery of the content once it has been created in the CMA.
Important functions of a CMS include:
- Intuitive indexing,
- Search and retrieval features index all data for easy access through search functions and allow users to search by attributes such as publication dates, keywords or author.
- Format management turn scanned paper documents and legacy electronic documents into HTML or PDF documents.
- Revision features allow content to be updated and edited after initial publication. Revision control also tracks any changes made to files by individuals.
- Publishing functionality allows individuals to use a template or a set of templates approved by the organization, as well as wizards and other tools to create or modify content.
